The MAP fault - could be a sensor fault (troubleshoot by cleaning! etc as above), or it could be a loose / split / disconnected vacuum pipe causing the fault.
The fuel level sensor fault, could just be a software problem - is your gauge working correctly?, check the earths these can be prone to failing.
The cooling fan circuit fault, again, earth fault, fuse? all needs checking. Run your car upto temperature, does the fan kick in as it should? Check, Could be your temp sender unit in the block, if not so this will need checking,
Time me thinks for you to get your Voltmeter out
good luck

Re: Error codes in my car any help please ???????????
thanks mate and the fuel gauge works fine . but some times when you start it up it says thers no petrol then a couple of seconds later it works ?
and with the fan sometimes it comes on when i have turned it of and locked it and stays on till it runs the battery flat . and when you start it it goes straight off . then turn it off again and it comes on . to stop it normally i disconnect the battery for a few minutes and it seems to be fine

Hmmm, defo sounds like a software problem that mate, IF it ins;t the fan control module OR the temp sensor.
Personally i would check the sensor first as these can go very easily, due to what they have to put up with, If you can access it easily enough without chopping yourself up, next time your fan stays on for longer than it should do, try disconnecting it, does it stop? No, then try bridging the connection Stop yes / No?, try this first before you go removing the Fan modules,
