    Default Oil catch tanks

Obviously I need one that would connect both to the crankcase and the induction hose. I've found one with twin inlets on the top and a drain plug in the bottom. Could I connect one inlet to the crankcase and one to the induction?

    It's on this page:

Second one from the bottom (above the Japanese one)

There are targets to eliminate, such as tanks, or mortar
crews. These are just a matter of getting the job done. There is no real
winning strategy for these ones, just don't die.

Interesting - mine has oodles of oily 'shite' in there as well. It was something I was considering asking Peter about before fitting the GSR kit - now I don't need to, he's already on the case ;D

So that one you linked to would work then Phil? One inlet connects to the crankcase and the other one to the induction hose? I know it won't do much, but it'd look pretty cool. I do get a bit of oil in the induction at the minute too.

Will get some pictures when it's fitted along with the GSR. By the way, anyone know what diameter the crank case breather, and connection on induction hose are?

Oil catch tanks Oz, like this one:
catch tank on eBay]http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=300177184695&ssPa geName=STRK:MEWN:IT&ih=020]catch tank on eBay

Basically, if you look at the top of the engine block, a hose comes out of it (crankcase breather) and connects to the induction. Obviously, what happens is you get 'dirty air' laden with oil vapours, and not much oxygen, being returned to the induction. The way round this used to be to disconnect the breather from the induction, and fit a breather filter (like a mini induction filter). But thanks to Europe and their ridiculous laws, you can't do that anymore. So what you do instead is put a catch tank between the crankcase vent and induction. The tank catches oil vapour and any other crud the engine spits out, and returns only clean air to the induction. And it looks cool ;D

The issue with the JTD, from what I gather, is it spits an absolute shit load of oil out and back into induction.
