Sticky Throttle
Hey guys. Been wrestling with the Stilo for the last few months with a few niggly engine problems. All now seem to be ok, except it feels like the throttles sticking.
When you accelerate, if you take your foot off the gas, it holds its revs for a few seconds and then drops. I have cleaned the throttle valve complete, twice, taking it completely off the second time, no change. Sometimes it's ok, but doesn't seem to be linked to anything.
The clutch is starting to slip and changing gear is sometimes a little clunky. New cluth kit or on order. Could this be linked to it? I also have another crank positioning sensor that i haven't yet fitted. Is it worth doing this?
Cheers, Toby

I'd suggest trying disconnecting the battery for half an hour or so to rest everything and see if that solves it :)
