the renewal quote said it's going to be £1800:bigeyes: i know i can find something better than this as i'm not going to pay that much for it, it has gone up last year, but that was only about £10, so i didnt even mind(obviously i had to make a phone call and say that i'm not paying that ammount, witch i think was £1300 so they scribbled £290 off...), but this is getting a bit too much:rant: any1 else got any stupid renewal quotes so far? any ideas who should i go with, any ideas and insurance companies or advices are really welcome:happy:

I'm interested, if you can order bumpers, front grill and headlights from Brasilia for Stilo, because it is almost impossible in Hungary. It would be awesome to get the "new" Stilo front and rear bumper, headlights and same things.

Its a 1.9jtd dynamic with leather etc, and its YELLOW (and so a 3dr)
Had the car for a few weeks (after my Alfa156 V6 was written off by a donut not looking before pulling out)
I usually tinker myself and shall probably still work on my Stilo (except the cam belt-Which I had done post haste) Have already changed a couple of Glowplugs, done my oil and checked the air filter....The cabin filter was ripped out also as there was no air coming through it into the car!
Apart from that its been a good polish and ages trying to find a centre cap for the 16" alloys eek

As a car I am very impressed, although it is not as stable at speed as the Alfa, it squirrels through bends in a grand manner, and although powered by the fuel of Satan, its a crracking engine, really a great compromise between power and economy-although not both at the same time lol
So day to day its a great motor, the condition belies its 83k on the clock, the inside is like new-in fact I still an amazed at just how clean it is
