CONNECT NAVI+ firmware update via JTAG:NEED HELP FROM DANHANS115
Guys,
I decided to write because Fiat and AR connect navi is more less the same units but with different logo on the boot screen.I am AR159 owner which has a built connect navi+ by Magneti Marelli C141 156068727.On board was installed f/w 11.2.I get a f/w 12.3 from one of french alfa forums and burn the CD.During update something went wrong.Maybe I pressed turn off button and update because I didn't see any progress of downloading of the software (any % of download).I turned CN+ off and ON again. No results.AR logo is present on the screen and that's al;.I tried to disconnect battery - nothing helped. What I observed is when I turn ON the CN+ and press button 3-4-5-6 and forward.Key flashes twice.Between 20-60min units turns off/on few times. Then turns off.I dissasembled top cover and one screw and removed CD disc.I turn on/off the unit and obserwed CD motor and laser.I tried to burn CD disc twice with low speed x4 and D-A-O/96 in nero. When I put the CD inside, motor doesn't turns of CD.CD stops.Nothing happed.I also tried to clean the laser.I tried to speak with AS&S but they doesn't anything and this is what is worst.I am not able to fix all the issue itselfs that I am asking.I was interested with 2 of the threads from this and other FIAT forums which post has been sent by collegue with nickname:danhans115 but I am not able to send him a private message because I have only 2 post written.
1st post
Technical: connect nav+ eeprom: how reprogram? - The FIAT Forum
2nd post.

In both danhans115 demonstrate his knowledge.I was especially interested with 6pins debug port (described in 2nd)
"Has a 6 pin debug port which contains serial rx/tx and other unknown signals, easily accessible without removal of cover"
On mine AR159 CN+ located on the left side.Fiat CN+ and AR CN+ are more less the same units so pins description and layout will be probably more less the same as well as PCB.
I was wondering if someone of view but especially DANHANS115 knows what each pins means:
1-
2-
3-
4-
5-
6-
Does anyone has a scheme of interface which connect PC with CN+ debug port?
Does anyone has a dump of the eprom?I would like to try upgrade via port FIAT F/w then again repeat update with AR firmware that failed probably because my fault.I would like to use fiat because in AR147 one of the guy used fiat 9.8 firmware. He had some unreadable menu but tried again with correct for alfa's and solve the issue.I would risk with this too.
On Uk site ALFAFORUM.com some said Fiat forums knows more about updates and I think he was right.
