Nope, it's a PUNTO 55 S (3 doors) 1.1 from 1995
I've tried the suggested Fiat ECU Scanner - Fiat/Alfa/Lancia ECU Reader however, not able to connect :-(

I think you may well be out of luck then as the hardware protocol is nothlink like the newer fiats at all. From 97/98 onwards they used a sort of standard.
You may want to look into uniscan visa, as this is a good piece of software for the very old fiats. But beware, it needs two hardware serial ports and runs in DOS.
See here Uniscan 1.83 Diagnostic Scanner Euroscan/Visa ECU Read - OBD H.K. Co., Ltd
They do pop up on ebay from time to time.
Thanks for the replay,
So basically what youīre saying is that with the cables I currently have (see attachment) I canīt do anything ???
Attachment 631
Isnīt there any other way to communicate with the ECU ?
Regards,
Arend

Hi,
For some reason your attachment isnt working. The problem isnt the cable you have, its the software thats available to support it. There is software around for talking to the IAW ecu as found in your ca, but not the airbag ones as people tend to be a bit apprehensive about playing around with them.
Sorry I cant be of more help
Dan
