    i think it was 100mm front and rear.
    50mm should be fine, make sure you get shortened dampers or coilovers or the standard shocks will bottom out

    the coilovers are droped all the way down . and the rear the adjustables have been taken out to make it lower . its about 100mm all round . my sub frame is about 2 1/2 inches of the floor lol

    Whatever you do mate, dont ever try and sell your car on the classifieds here lol, theve got your full history hehe.

    You should start a new trend Mark , quick release front bumper!. Or an adjustable one on solenoids that lifts up with a button in the car or something.
