If your going for springs then you should also use sports shocks as well..best bet for you if going for the 60 drop will be coil overs but beware!! buy cheap and you quite often have to replace them within a short space of time..
AP Coilovers
International man of mystery
Wit, sarcasm, you get it all from me..
if your looking 60mm mate, coilovers is your best option, as PNL says AP Coilovers seem to be a good piece of kit.
Zer0 off here is running a set of Autotechnics coilovers on his stilo which are a cheaper option as the AP kit is £457.72 off their site AP Coilovers
I'm thinking of lowering as well but only want a 30mm drop what's my best option and what sort of price should I expect to pay

i still think PI's are a great spring the 30mm springs actually lowered my cousins stilo about 50mm, its looked awesome

i have run 50mm eibachs on standard shocks with no problems at all.
i now run AP coils @ 80mm and was even advised that they are better than the more expensive FK's by the sales rep at Venom motorsport. 30-90mm 25-75mm £457.72

Anything over 50mm (as has been said) will be coilovers. The Eibach Sportline springs I have on my 1.2 gave a good noticeable drop (50/30mm front/rear). The ride with them isn't as smooth as it used to be, but I reckon it copes with potholes and bumps just as well as it did on the standard set up. It's just firmer, which you'd expect and translates to far flatter and better handling in general when the roads get twisty.
Coilovers (there's a fair few on here that have them) will go a few steps beyond the Sportlines and similar. You'll get less body roll and of course it'll be scraping off the ground if like that sort of thingI personally love the look of coilovers but don't think I could live with a car that low.
@Steve: 30mm on the 1.2, I was told at the time I wouldn't notice much of a difference with that at the front and I have to say I'd agree with that. The Sportlines lowered it a noticeable amount at the front, but with the 16" alloys I have there's a still a good gap there. I think if you ended up getting the 30mm Eibach kit, the nose would maybe be up in the air while the back would be obviously lowered.
Pics to illustrate...
Mine on Sportlines -
Ged's on AP Coilovers, bit lower than 60mm-
