Is it worth it ? 02 Stilo JTD
Hi,
Seeing as this is my first post, I'd like to say hi to everyone !
Recently decided I need a diesel and find the Stilo JTD like a good buy, with its low insurance group and decent MPG. I'd prefer the 3dr one.
I'm trying to spend less than 3000 pounds, and hopefully not too many miles, but after looking for a few days on ebay and autotrader, Ive realised this may be hard :S
Found this one, not too sure on the colour though
2002 FIAT STILO JTD DYNAMIC BLUE on eBay (end time 10-May-10 16:40:05 BST)
Hope you guys can point me in the right direction !

Re: Is it worth it ? 02 Stilo JTD
I've got a 3 door Stilo JTD. I've had it for about 4 months now and honestly, it was the work of god. Plenty of power, great MPG, Looks good and the ability to rag it. Admittidly, it's Fiat so the electrics are poor and the built quality isnt German but still.
I got a 2002 Black one off Gumtree London for £2000. They are out there
-Be prepared to wait, buy a cheap run around if you cant
-Be prepared to travel, it's worth the train tickets etc.
I'll keep a look out for you
Let's hope you get one

Re: Is it worth it ? 02 Stilo JTD
to be honest mate, wait for a good one. i got mine for £750, and onli cost me £100 to clean up the engine and fix all the minor problems so they are out there :D.. defo worth the buy in my eyes. That blue one on ebay i think is the best colour youu can get them in personally.
IMO i hate the 5 door version when i drive past one i'm like i can't believe thats the same car as mine, but that could be because i'm young lol. they are defo a nice car mate keep your eyes open and you'll find something

lol agreed, wouldn't it by self but you don't know what the lads after and its different so was like ye never know. thought schui was cheap myself most i see are aroun 6k mark. and with full service history, full m.o.t and that seemed like a resonable price.
