Bodywork and trims
A common fault im lead to believe is that the wheel trim around the front wheels are prone to chips and can lead to rust, both sides of my care have this :-(.
The picture attached is the worse of the two wheels but what im wanting to know is how to clean it up/treat it and what are the trims called you see some cars have by here :-p.

Thanks again!

Yep I know mate but as a fellow welshy I just thought I would pull ya rope a little..
..looking at the stilo tho it needs rubbing down in the sill area there and treating with rust compound to make sure no rust is present before you proceed.. Removing Rust is Easy with Rust Cure then it will need under coating and top coating followd by a coat or two of clear coat..might need the whole wing done but body shops can do wonder nowadays without a full wing repaint..you got one in barry? I use one in Ely just outside city centre..A&D vehicle repair centre..20-670330..

Re: Bodywork and trims
the other solution would be to get some of that rust compound on and put some sideskirts on

I think your best bet with the price is to pop into a body shop for a quote..and to your second question I live just outside the capitol on the eastern side of cardiff..

Re: Bodywork and trims
i never liked that rust curing solution, anytime i've tried it the paint reacts on the area where you've "cured"
i find it best to take it back to the bare metal and then prime and paint.
