Hello. Are there any lights on the dash? It might be worth disconnecting the battery for an hour or so to reset everything and see if it resolves the issue.

No lights...
Until this morning... It was like fireworks... and then... the dark.............
And it seems the alternator had died!
(I guess that uneven electrical output was generating the unusual idle... and all the other electrical issues...)
Lets see... if it goes ok now with the new alternator.

And all gone away with the new alternator. Idle speed is again below 750 rpm!
The car really doesn't like slopy electrics! :)

Glad to hear it's sorted now :)

Well.... off topic but... let's say that I also had the coolant temperature sensor changed!
Car was "cooling down" in motorway... The temp needle was going cold direction everytime I found any open road.
And after some talks with a mechanic... new temp sensor for the blackie!
More smooth engine and less fuel needed its the results of the changes! :D

Interesting. I changed the thermostat when mine started running cold. It had jammed open slightly somewhat.
