ConnectNav+ Hidden "Service" Menu
There is an inbuilt menu in the Connect Nav+ unit that allows the user to ensure various modules are working and
that the speakers, antennas and GPS/GSM systems are functioning normally.

To access this menu, do the following continuously and quickly:

1. Press "Setup".
2. Press "Connect" 4 times (i.e. push either button 10, 11 or 12 of the 12 buttons along the bottom of the screen).
3. Press "Enter".
4. A new button will appear named "Service", move down to highlight in and press "Enter".

I have detailed below the data you will see on-screen. Most of it is for information purposes only.


Page 1 – Speakers/Aerial Status

Front RH Speaker	If you have an aftermarket amplifier connected to your speaker outputs with a line level converter the speaker tests may state error – but if you are getting audio it is nothing to worry about. (The tests work by detecting the resistance of a speaker connected)
Front LH Speaker
Rear RH Speaker
Rear LH Speaker
GPS Antenna	Display the status and presence of GPS/FMAM aerials – not very accurate
FM/AM Antenna
Internal Error	Internal Error – Assumed to be a self check.
Nav Block for Netherlands (Usually OFF)	Status of NAV BLOCK

Speaker test sends a test tone out of each speaker at a time.

Nav Block, when enabled will enable/disable the ability to change navigation preferences whilst the vehicle is moving.
