This is a much debated subject on many fiat sites and as all stilo owners already know changing the passenger front headlamp cluster bulbs strikes fear and dread into many owners..many struggle to get to the bulbs on this side approaching the job from many angles ..some remove the inner wheel arch liner and go in that way while others get their hands cut to shred's going in from the top after removing the battery..well I always like to suggest some thing new and give a new perspective and approach to things so how's about this one..
Now isn't that a nicer way to do it..and by just removing a few torx bolts and 10mm bolts the cluster can be got at very simply..no fuss bother or hassle.. once one side of the bumper is dropped its a simple matter of just removing the cluster fixing bolts top and bottom and withdrawing the whole cluster..
Once out and with the covers at the back removed you will see this..
Choose the bulb to be replaced pull back retaining clips pull out the old and replace with the new..replace covers and fix the headlight cluster back into place and tighten up the retaining bolts ..no fuss bother or sweat and certainly no swear words..
See bumper removal guide for info on how to.. but as you can all see [ by the top pic ] you actually dont have to remove the bumper completely just to change the bulbs just drop it on the side applicable..
Have fun ..
