If the memo function works, it may well be the phone module within the CN+.
If you look in the guides section I wrote one called Connectnav teardown, it may be worth reseating all the connections between the gsm/gps board and the motherboard.

i cannot remove the connect nav.
how long must the screwdrivers be for the holes of the connect nav?

About 8/10cm should be more than enough.
hi
well i had it out,.
no lose connectors.
i will take it out again tomorrow , there is al lot of wires at the back.
did not have the guts to take them of hihi
so any idea what the problem is?

Did you actually open the unit?
The connections on the outside of the unit will more tha likely be okay becuase your voice memo function is working.
On the inside there is a ribbon cable which connects the motherboard to the gpsgsm module. It will require you to open your unit though.
Dan
no i did not.
i will try tomorrow.
hmm only 1 cable?
so if the cable is secure what could it be?
defective wire?
by the way the memo recording doesnt sound clear, ita a bit cracky.

The memo function can be a bit crackly duie to the sample rate of the recording being very low. But pops and crackles like a vinyl record may be something else.
Have a look here

Ignore the connections to the front panel - they are just for the LCD/power and keyboard. just make sure all the others are seated correctly (black connector).
hi guys
we took a look but no loose connections.
the motherboard looked a bit diff , connection diff place.[compared to teardown]
some screws were missing.
no luck.
there is no setting right to disable/mute talking?
