Unlike the Visteon radios the CN/CN+ cannot be decoded, the code is stored in the flash memory of the unit and is encrypted. The only way is to take the details of the unit to your local Fiat dealer and see if they can order the code from Fiat. From what other people have said you may need the VIN of the vehicle the CN+ came out of so they can retrieve the master code.

Only other way is to install the 9.8 update, which will stop the unit prompting for the code until you disconnect the battery or the CN+, but be careful when flashing and use decent media.

It probably went astray when the for sale section got converted into the classifieds plugin for the forum. Mike may have a backup but I certainly cant access it im afraid, is that the person you bought it from? I might be able to get his email address from the admin panel if you need it?

Ive just had a look through the userlists and nothing sticks out, I had a shuft through members in the last six months but I dont know where to start searching.

I take it you bought it from him, if so do you have any details I could go on such as name or anything? If not hopefully another member who dealt with the same chap can help with a name or contact address.
