Default My Stilo 1.2 16v Active

This is my 1.2 Stilo i've had it for 3 years now 59k miles on it, 14k on it when i bought it.

love this wee car dont think i'll ever sell it.

    mods
18inch kahn's, tinted windows, colour coded handles and mirrors, gold calipers now red calipers, cd mp3 bluetooth player, 6x3inch upswept oval back box. not alot else really

i have plans for the car but i went mad last year and started buying other cars (340bhp subaru impreza sti, 205bhp Golf GT TDI, 400bph Skyline GTST, Toyota Corolla AE86, Ecosse Kitted 206) but i have still kept my stilo and i love her to bits.

plans are to fit Schumi Kit, maybe another set of wheels still loving the 17inch Claws, maybe coilovers and put her on the floor thinkin 80mm/100mm and tidy up the various little scratches and dings that annoy the hell outa me, but that will be when funds allow.

any comments good or bad welcome, im a pretty easy going guy lol.

sorry for the link to bebo but i havent got the pics on my comp so this will have to do:

Looks cracking that mate! The size/style of those kahns really suits the car, they fill the arches perfectly!

    thanks lads,
@Dan i love the rims but i don't know if i can lower the car much with them i may need to roll the rear arches or try to get a big of negative camber on them the tyres are 225/40/18 was going to try and set of spare standard springs on the rear and compress and heat them to see if i could get the wheels to clear the arch before i invest in coilovers.

@Phill, just looked into photobucket there i can't access it from work here as we have strict internet policy for security reasons. so i will have to wait till i go home and look.

Dont go lower than 30mm cos there are loads of issues with the stilo suspension eibach products are one of the best but use a spring and shock combo and not just springs coil overs are OK for track use but not for road..fiat did a service bulletin about insde ware on the front tyres will try and find the number but basically its down to the poor design and lack of camber adjustment on the front struts..can give you more info when you need it..:)

i have had the safety recall done on the front springs if thats any use or not. i also had a "Loose Connection" warning light switched off at the same time turned out to be a faulty steering rack, got a new rack under warrenty car was away for 3 days.

this is the way i want the car to sit

cousin of mine had his lowered 40mm with pi springs and standard shocks and no problems whatsoever. dunno what to do
