I didnt see the program, but I agree with it.

Problem is as always the Human Rights thing and whatever else. But if you sexually assault someone you are infringing on their Human Rights, so hows about the perp loses theirs and gets strung up?

If people were actaully scared of the consequences of such hideous crimes then perhaps some of these people wouldnt commit them in the first place.

Saying that, IMO once a paedo always a paedo....

if someone is raped or murdered then the victim or the victims family should decide whether they should be considered for the death penalty. then the judge decides. and none of this lethatl injection bullshit. im talking getting your balls caught in a vice and then slowly beaten to death, medeival shit.

or even a small punishment, if someone raped a woman then that someone automatically has suspended his human rights by infriging somebody elses human right and is therfore automatically liable to 50 lashes with a strong whip in the town square. and the victim can volunteer to serve the punishment

As sad as it is pnl its all too true,,comit a hidious crime and you should have no rights,does anyone agree that dna should be taken at birth

I thought it was an excellent programme, very thought provoking and really very disturbing on a number of levels. One of the best pieces of programme making I've seen in a while.

I have not changed my view on capital punishment, but it was food for thought.
