Default it your car a part time snow plough?

is it just my car or is everyone else with a stilo helping the council by pushing snow out of the way for everyone else.

driving about in the groves made by other cars the front bumper is making a hell of a noise at it pushes the snow in the middle.

to be honest its the worst car i've ever had for that and to be honest again, the stilo MW JTD is the BEST car i've ever had for driving in the snow . . . 2nd gear and just let her pull herself out and off she goes. just wish she had a bit better grip when driving at any sort of speed about 5mph

EDIT: forgot to say, got to change the p/s head light, i wasn't looking forward to doing it and i really dont want to do it in the snow. going to try the battery method as i've got small hands.

I know what you mean, only had one experience of it so far.

I was driving in Leeds just before Christmas where the road dipped down, the water had collected at the bottom and the snow was almost solid slush. I couldnt believe it though, not even a scratch on the cupra splitter at the front - i know what you mean about the noise though, awful..

I really really must try harder and get or make an undertray of some description.
