is it me or does the exhaust cutout in the bumper look like it hasnt been neatly done?

yeah they are 17's and look small so guna lower it and see what it looks like, although im after some 18" OZ SuperT's

And the cutout is a bit rough, not really noticable but the pics really make it look bad.
