Re:Firght of my life!!!!
yup, slammed them on, pushed the bonnet down, luckily though, the shape of the bonnet allows you to see throught the bottom, just
pulled into a layby, pushed it down, drove off, very very slowly, and up it came again, so pulled in again, sat onit, till it cliked into place, and then drove home.
pushed biggest dent out of the roof, but still some fairly big ones left.
got smacked in the head by the interior light and alarm console, and little flakes of glass, but no scratches. i always think it could have been alot worse and could have had a windscreen in my face:S
insurance is picking it up tomorrow and taking it to their garage. thankfully although still annoyingly, i will only have to pay the 400 excess for \"own fault damage\", still alot and sucks but least i wont be paying for it all:ohmy:

How come that car is completely repairable ..guess its down to the insurance company though..they make me sick to be honest ..you see many cars written off in breakers with little or no damage and classified as cat D/E ..whats the plan now then Mark ..stilo time again maybe ..

Re:Firght of my life!!!!
I would go for the 1.8 ..nice and simple to get some decent power from that engine with minimum fuss..just watch out for the dreaded variator if you do ..don\'t really fancy a jtd ..the price of derv is due to go sky high again shortly ..mark my words..
