Re: laptop has gone... well i have called to get an update and apparently they are awaiting parts. :( means it is being repaired not replaced. :'( its a bloody strong and very nice laptop though so i dont mind. and the insurance is until march '08 so there is plenty of time. ;D

Re: laptop has gone... well i have an update. turns out the store never sent the laptop straight away (a week later) so when i called 'the tech guys' they said "we are waiting for a new motherboard" lets hope it takes more than 3 weeks. then i get a new one. ;D

Extended warranty? ;) I worked at Comet and told customers to take the extended warranty and "drop" it down the stairs just before the warranty runs out and you get a brand new one ;D
