Morning Paul yes all the nuts are anti clockwise rotation ..they are nylock ones which makes then a little harder because the nylon insert cuts into the metal thread and holds fast [which is what its meant to do] bottom one is the worst one but doable..good luck to you in this weather bloomin feezin out there and snow is ten miles high where you are..
Nah dont worry about that lot I'm sure you have also found them to be a bunch of W****** in many ways as well..
