    Default Fiat Stilo Throttle Body

Can anyone please tell me whether a throttle body from a 2005 1.6 Stilo will go into a 2002 1.6 Stilo? Really struggling to get a 2nd hand one anywhere and the new ones are about £600!!!

    Thanks in advance

    Sarah xx

Cool Re: Fiat Stilo Throttle Body

Hello again Sarah..the 1.6 uses a magnetti marelli throttle body iirc and they all should interfit..you are not restricted to just the stilo in your search for a second hand one..the multipla also uses the same 1.6 engine and the same throttle body..you just missed a couple of stilo throttle bodies on ebay..[always the way eh]..anyway what is the reason you need a new one..any thing specific..? there ar companies who can also recondition yours far cheaper than buying new ..these give you a guarantee as well..I can give you some info on those if you need it..please let us know..

You can't its all electronically controlled. What seems to be the issue?

Likely to be thinking that it's always cold, I'd check temp sensor and that they're reading correctly.
