Not quite a power issue, but. . WHY DONT THIS SITE LIKE ME! lol

Im trying to add an image of the car to the garage section of the site and every time I try it gives me the message 'Error: Image could not be moved.' I've tried resizing the image both file size and dimensions with no luck, even tried switching formats.

I see other members of the forums having more than one image on the garage so what am I doing wrong? :-)
