i thought i'm not gonna come to this point, but you were right scottie, i will need to sand it down to the bottom, as this morning i was trying to take the laquer layer down and it went quite well, but it left small dents on the paint... so i will sand it down today and later on paint them
i'll put some pics after i've done some work on them later on

so i've spent few hours on it today and tbh god it's not that easy to take it all down just managed to get just a little bit of it and i'm starting to think i need a sanding machine to take it all down easy and fast... obviously would get around it with that grit800 paper as i've used that one and 600 one, feels really smooth afterwads

hehe, always like to hear i was right.
okay so when you get it all sanded back to the fibreglass, give it a skim with some body fillers. a pea of hardener to a golf ball of filler. sand it back with block of wood.
give it a couple of coats of primer when thats dry sand it back with wet 1200 grit emery paper, untill smooth , apply more primer if needs be and repeat this process.
then give it a couple of coats of paint and go over it with wet 1200 again, then give it a good few coats of laquer and then give it a going over with wet 1600 grit. this should leabe you with a good finish.

right, so it's not going to be as easy as i was predicting cause i was thinking of sanding it all down(i'm only sanding it to previous coat of primer) go play with some primer at some parts, paint it and then laquer it down. the other question is do i really sand it down again after putting the laquer on?? as i was thinking that nothing is touched with any of the sanding paper after even painting it.
    cheers mate

well if you dont want "orange peel" mate youd be better sanding the laquer, just give it a light skim, but make sure the laquar is hardened

just take your time mate, dont forget a little squit of fairy in the water your using to wet the sand paper.
make sure you let each layer dry before sanding

well i've got to it yesterday and done a bit today as the weather was letting me, cause it caused too much dust in consertatory, but still quite a bit to do, hoping to finish all sanding proces coming weekend yet again if the weather allows, buy some paint and hopefully in about three weeks should be on, saying that the weather will **** it up so should say about six weeks i'm presuming that i've got about 3-4 hours left for sanding it, then putting some body fillers, primers(i presume 1 can of 500ml will be enough?), then painting and laquering... sounds alot to do and it is
and sanding the primer and even the paint, do i need to rub hard or just a soft around everywhere?
    cheers

just rub it fast and gentle mate, with the wet sandpaper and it should be sweet
500ml should be enough if you dont get any runs in the paint
