tried re-meshing this weekend, got the bumper after a while, sprayed the mesh black, cut out the shapes and was all ready to stick on and stand back to admire my work.

however, after sitting there for 10 mins waiting for the sealent to dry i gave up and let go and the mesh just pinged straight off, not even a hint of stickyness there. i was so vex i had to give up and clip the old trim back in and put the bumper back on because it was going dark, does anyone have anything that dries in 5 mins or something, like super super glue maybe ?

i believe that was Phil, but he was saying silicone mastic not the building site silicone

i used the type of silicon you put round your bath, was i wrong ?

and how long does tiger seal take to dry ?

lol mate that stuff takes ages to dry, tiger seal should start to go off in about an hour

an hour to dry !? i can't hold the mesh in for an hour !

cable tie it to something to keep a slight pressure on it till it dries
