Miking cows, I wish. Been assisting in the Lambing of sheep these last few weeks. Got a vid I might post later, but some might be a tad screamish (although the lass with her arm half way into a sheep isn't bad!).

Well I'm luckily enough to have my head screwed on enough to know when I need my headlamps on. Having looked into DRLs extensivly, and having not driven a vehicle in the last 3 years without DRLs fitted, or dipped beam headlamps illuminated I'm fully aware of the difference they make!
I don't live in the center of manchester and do an average of 400-500miles a week on a mixture of road including some rural ones, and some we'll known ones for idiots over taking and then hitting other cars head on (9 mile stretch with only 1 bend, would have thought cars are visable? Well apparently not).
Re-iterating the Audi look, I couldn't give a flying toss if Audi's have LED DRLs for style or their proper purpose, as already mentioned I've been using DRLs long before some of these modern Audi's.
You post, although strong, didn't really offend tbh, just piss me off a tad. Complete lack of understanding of vehicle visability and the purpose of DRLs. Hell, they're often needed on bright sunny days where the sun is either reflecting off of something, thus dazzling/distracting another driver, and even when the sun is low, and especially behind you, obscuring on coming road users visability of you.
(rant over).
