HIDs are completely illegal and dangerous in the standard Stilo headlamp units unless your planning on fitting the HID headlamp units that a few Stilos came out the factory with?

The Stilos headlamp units are very good already so I'd recommend fitting some Xneon bulbs. I use the Philips Extreme bulbs and can't fault them.

eBay would probably be best for the grille.

i think your best bet is fleebay, cheapest ones are over there afaik, and the HID's... the kit is the only option or the bulbs witch MEP has mentioned b4

IIRC they aren't they are more blue than anything else and are merely for show plus they do not light up the road very well.....If you do want some decent bulbs either get the Philips Extremes as mentioned earlier or pop down to your local halfrauds (halfords) they are doing 50% off on all lighting all winter.

Get the ultra brilliance 90%s I'd recommend them again and again as I had in my stilo and have in my CTS GT some 90% + H7 & H1 blubs...beauty of it all is they are legal

I've got my bulbs wrong. Never used the Philips ones, went and check the spare packet I've in the shed, and its actally Ring Xenon Max that I use.

They piddle all over the Osram Nightbreakers but not sure about the philips ones, but are much better prices than the philips from what I can see (made me feel sick, I've been paying £25 a pack in the shop for them).

If you want added effect you need both, to do the main beam and dipped beam
