    Default Front Lower Suspension Arms

My Abarth has just had a service and the garage says that the front lower suspension arm bushes are worn, they say that they need to replace the arms, is this true and if so any ideas where I can buy them from and how much are they? The garage reckons that they can only be sourced from Fiat, can anyone help?

There's plenty of after-market sources, they don't have to come from Fiat.
I got mine from Shop4Parts along with the droplinks, I'd change both at the same time if I were you.

........... and very nice it looks too, few bits there I'd consider myself. However, I wouldn't put secondhand parts on in this instance, the arms may very well be fine but it's the bushings that are the problem and IMHO it makes more sense to buy some new ones.
But that's just my opinion, ofcourse

I have checked out the ads on ebay and most of them say that the abarth arms are the same as standard ones but the garage seems to think they are different, can anyone shed some light on this subject please. Also I have read the excellent guide for replacing them so I might do the job myself.

eper is your best bet for confirmation

I'm pretty sure it was a standard part (like the rear discs) that ran across the whole Stilo range, but better be safe.
