Desperate for INFO.

Hi fellow FS-OC'bers
I am at my wits end and need some Quality info/help/advice.
I have just replaced my timing belt 58K (incl new water pump) as advised on this excellent forum plus a full service and a new intercooler hose (although I did enjoy the "whooooosh" it made) and my Mechanic said my nearside Ball-Joint was on its way out.. now a dealer part retails @ £100+ and I wondered if anyone has the part number so I can do some "surfing" to see if I can get it cheaper
I have a 54 plate 1.9 JTD and I love it
To top it all, my Tappets sound like a Taxi thats done 250K but its going back on monday too be sorted
(I hope).
When I get everything sorted I will be having a remap done too get that "whoooosh" feeling back.. HA HA
I will appreciate any feedback in any shape or form, from you "QUALITY GUYS".

I think the ball joint is integral to the front suspension arm..... which would explain the price as that's a might steep otherwise.
You can get them on ebay readily enough for around £40 each plus postage, can't comment on quality of the product though.
I'd advocate Shop4Parts I got mine from there and it's a 1st class service.
I'd suggest both at the same time, depending on how deep your pockets are.
