okay peeps i have knocking coming from the front - Droplinks as i've replaced wishbones and track rod ends.

i have a strange knocking coming from the rear - ever since the rear bushes were replace about 4/5 months ago.

Might be the top mounts on the front shocks ..bearings are right dodgy cheap and nasty item ..shocks ok are they scottie you have yours lowered dont you.. are they lowering springs on standard shocks TSK TSK..less bounce to the ounce ..also could be the steering rack check that for ware while your at it..loose brake parts..check all and every thing..

Now the rear .. again could be down to shocks /badly seated springs /broken springs or even the rear bushes again..yep we know you have done those but you did them the Irish way..

no mate, standard suspension all around.
i had thought a broken spring but i jacked the car up at the rear to see if there was any play in the springs but there is not.
i cant see there being any play in the rack as a new rack went in about 30k/40k miles ago.
i would think the front maybe droplinks as they havent been changed everything else apart from top mounts and droplinks have been changed not long ago
