hmm, sounds worth the money, do you recommend grooved discs on a 1.6 ?

I dont know what they are like without so wouldnt like to say. Id stick with standard discs really, I only got the grooved ones because at the time they were bundled with the pads and were quite cheap. Im pretty sure they wear the pads quicker.

Think I may have seen a similar bundle - was something like £190 delivered for all four grooved discs and greenstuff pads. Think I may well get that depending on funds in the next few months.

Is this the set you are referring to?

FIAT STILO 1.6 GROOVED BRAKE DISCS GREEN STUFF PADS on eBay (end time 07-Apr-10 1648 BST)

Great illustrative idea, like dropping an anchor. :D

So the discs and pads work fine together? No sqeeks etc.?

Then over to getting them into the Norwegian kingdom without paying excess VAT and customs fee... What I need is a plan. Perhaps contact them for starters. :)

Did you find this post helpful?

    Default Re: Greenstuff Pads

Ive had them on my car since last November, and no squeaking or squeeling whatsoever. BUT I know other people who have fitted EBC Greenstuff have had squeeling issues, so dont take my word for it.

They are very helpful on the telephone, but they are very heavy so the delivery will be expensive. Perhaps they could declare them as a gift on the customs declaration?
