Any thoughts or suggestions on what would be a good braking set up on a 1.4 please?

Need to get new pads and discs at the front but am mindful that back will need doing in the not too distant future so I may just do them all at the same time.

Tempting to go with Fiat/OEM as I know it works but then wondered if brands like Ferodo still hold their own?

Mintex do loads of offers on disc and pads on eblag great discs but pads can squeal like a stuck pig due to the hard compound..ebc have been having a bit of a reliabiliy problem over the last year or so ..and at one time I would have said go for the EBC set up..

Stilo 1.2/4 and 1.6 all use the same discs and pad to your not just limited to one ..I use another site now which I find good for quality and price..

Dont forget that you will need to wind back the caliper pistons on the rears so you need to get yourself tools to do it ..they wind in on different rotations so use to tools ie..passenger side rear anti clockwise and drivers side rear clock wise rotation..but make sure you fully slacken the handbrake off fully before you start..
