Well - it's on the car. What can I say ??? Awesome is an understatement ;D I is a happy Stilo owner :D
So this is how it looked this morning
On the lift at my local garage making a start, we did the back first. Easy to do, took us half an hour
Near side rear all assembled
Starting on the front
Length of the front springs (standard compared to eibach -30) is really noticeable. Front springs feel incredibly soft, had some fun with the spring compressor getting the standard b*ggers off ::)
Mind you, no hassles putting it all together, thought about waxoiling the lot but decided against it for the moment
All done and getting ready to drop the car down and tighten up the wheel bolts
Back home after a drive which confirmed this was a bloody good investment, car is just awesome
Expect it will settle down some more, but it's a revelation. I'd say this is a must do for any Stilo owner, IMHO the car really handles like it should now ;D Much more controlled at the front - just great ;D ;D ;D ;D
NOTES:
1. All done in 2.5 hours - extra half hour as we had a brew ;)
2. Can't get over how soft the standard front springs are - I'm content if it stays where it is height wise, too low and I'll be in trouble when I go fishing :o
