    Default Severe pulsing brake pedal

2004 1.6 stilo with 17k genuine miles on the clock. The brake pedal started pulsing which got gradually worse over the space of 30 mins till the cam belt tensioner failed. The belt jumped bending 8 exsaust valves.I stripped the head fitted and ground the new valves in put everything back together and started the car again it now runs great again took it for a test drive and the harder you brake the harder the pedal pulses. I am sure this problem is coming from the n/s so took the wheel off and saw the rear wishbone bush was shot to hell so changed that and it's still the same. I thought this might be an abs problem so I removed both abs fuses switching the abs off in effect and it's still the same. The car belongs to my ex partner who won't drive it not that you can blame her and it's costing her a fortune in taxis getting to and from work. The only thing I can see is the pads on the n/s are binding to the disk slightly the caliper isn't seized on the slides and piston are both free.

    Possibly a warped brake disk?

It's not a warped disc I've checked them with a magnetic base and dial gauge.

Problem solved the back of the disk was braking up a piece of the shinny surface the size of the pad had come away from the disc causing a step in the surface so two new discs and pads and one happy ex partner. When you gave the disc a hit with a hammer the surface just kept braking up I've never saw anything like it.
