they aint a driect fit if thats what you mean, you'll need 10mm spacers and bigger wheels, well different style, ones without a lip.
the mountings need to be created or sumit like that coz the ones off the stilo wont fit the calipers and the ones off the coupe wont fit the stilo, if that makes sence.??
has been done but it aint easy ;)

Spanish company Galfer do them for the stilo..and do them to fit 16/17/18" wheels..not cheap tho ..we are talking performance parts and nothing ever does ..

Wit, sarcasm, you get it all from me..
I've got a pair of Brembo GT's in the basement at the moment waiting to got on my 1.9 JTD. The reason they are waiting is due to the numerous problems getting them fitted creates. The garage fitted them but the calipers are so big the wheels wouldn't go back on, added to which my wheels, 18" Ace Aviators, have a very large lip so I've got to fit a 40mm spacer to each wheel. Now this obviously takes the wheels outside the arches so I've purchased a pair of wide wheel arches for the new version Seat Leon, they don't make any for the Stilo. As I also want to fit coilovers I'm gonna get the whole lot done at the same time, which should hopefully be in about 4 weeks time. When it's done I'd just better remember that the kerb is a lot closer than it used to be or my wheels are gonna get scuffed to s***! :-\

has anyone done this yet or no exactly whats needed for them to go on?

You need to get some brackets machined up to fit the caliper to the car.
I dont think you can actually buy them anywhere off the shelf, you would need them making up.
You will also need longer wheel bolts and also spacers depending on what rims you have.
I have thought about doing this myself but Insominia here and some other people said the brembos arent all that on the coupe and are sprone to squeeling
Alternatively you can get the official stilo kit for about £1200 quid lol.
im not sure just yet, il be selling it pretty soon so i may just stick to the oem stuff seems a bit much hassle
