As of yet I only know of Oz on these ..send an email to proven products and ask them what shocks are in the kit..

should be the same as the jtd ???

I think it's the front struts that are different..... certainly if I wanted to take my eibach kit from my JTD to an Mjet I'd need different struts up front so I presume that the Mjet and 5 cylinder jobs share a different strut/spring set up which might explain why they're not readily available off the shelf as a kit.....
