Water leaking after aircon
I seem to be having an issue with the aircon in my 1.4.
It works perfectly fine but when I switch it off and pull up on the drive, I spot a water trail.
Seems to be coming from above the heatshield by the exhaust under the car itself. The liquid is not coloured and doesn't smell but there is a fair amount of it.
Any ideas what this might be please?

Re: Water leaking after aircon
Don't panic don't panic..!!! quite normal this as it is on most cars with air con..its just condensation from the condenser unit with a combination of heat from the exhaust or rad ..keep an eye on it though just in case you have a leak in the system..earlier air con systems had issues with broken air con pipes to the generator..but that was done and a new pipe designed..[1.6 version ]..:)

Re: Water leaking after aircon
I had wondered if it was just condensation. Cool, thanks. I'll keep an eye on it.
