Hi there I have just found this great new site and I am wondering if anyone can help me, my Abarth's rear silencer is starting to fall apart, I have bodged it with speed tape and locking wire but I'm not sure how long this will last!

go for a performance exhaust, that repair bandage wont hold for long mate.

Indeed, custom or off the shelf, there's a few options for you other than nipping down a Kwik Fit. Plus, it'll be less restrictive and bring out the lovely sound of an in-line 5![]()

I am looking for a reasonable place to buy a rear silencer, any ideas?
I just realsed that you are a welshy just like me I live in the capitol and have used these people..

Thanks PNL did not realise you were from these parts, I will be asking for a quote for a new exhaust. By the way where do you take your car for service, I am looking for a dealer that knows about Abarth's, cheers.

Would avoid the dealers as much as possible. You may be able to find the rare thing of a nice Fiat dealer, but I certainly haven't.
Best idea is a local specialist in Italian cars. I drive 15 miles down the road to get to mine, but it's worth the slight drive. Not sure of your area (being from Scotland), but maybe Phil can recommend someone. Did a quick Google for Fiat/Alfa specialists in South Wales and came up with this, it'd been briefly mentioned on an Alfa Owners forum and is meant to be a decent enough place. Maybe though as I say, ask around and see if anyone else has had direct dealings with them.
