    Question Buying advise Stilo Abarth Selespeed??

    Hello,

    I am new to the forum, firstly a big thank you for the welcome I had upon joining!

    I am looking for some advise on buying a Stilo Abarth.

    I have heard that the selespeed boxes are troublesome, and costly to repair. What sort of problems should I be looking for and could be facing?

    Also, if I bought one with FSH and 60-80k miles would there be a possibility of some problems or are they still going well at this mileage?

    The reason for my concern is I have a Renault at the moment which are notorious for many problems so I am being extra cautious with my next purchase!!

    Service history is a must & receipts for any work done.
    Danhans115 has an Abarth Sillyspeed.
    i think all you really have to look for is that all the gears engage correctly
    also cambelt and veriator change is something to look out for.
