Simple, matey, have a look at the fornt springs and struts, and it they have what looks like a clamp on attached around them, then its had them done, if not, then nope: Unless of course the front set ups been replaced on yours ???

you can also ring a dealer and give them your reg and they can check on the database for you

Well I rang them and apparently all the recall work has been done on my car... So yay! lol

You should have spring catchers fitted to both front shocks ..look at the bottom of the springs on the front shocks and see if they are fitted..if not get on to your dealer and get them done..

This is what my front springs look like at the moment. Pretty standard looking...
