Re: Smart For Two Reliability is a big issue with them from what I have read ..gearboxes just as Abz has said ..active matt [ex stilo owner] bought a roadster and within 7 months he sold it and had nowt but trouble with it

Re: Smart For Two My wife's friend ahad one, and her manifold went 2 weeks out of warranty. Dealer quoted £3000 to replace it. Nuff said I think really. I wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot pole. Merc dealers to start with!

Re: Smart For Two Thanks all, have decided to stear clear.... serves me right for even thinking about buying a non italian car! Will be keeping cinq, at least I can get my track bike in the back of it.
