Evening all. Just a quicky for you technical buffs. Does anyone know if the software in the Selespeed gearbox of my Abarth is updatable? I work for Ford and we use a similar gearbox in the Fiesta. When it was first released it was a slow shifting jerky old hector but over the years the software has been updated and it has become quite a pleasant fairly quick shifting fairly smooth gearbox. I was wondering if Fiat had made similar progress with the Selespeed?

Also, do any other Abarth owners find the engine uses quite a lot of oil? Mine has no external leaks or smoke but I find myself topping it up every couple of weeks.
