ok this isn't really stilo related but..... these guys may end up supplying parts for stilo so beware. they supplied an exhaust system to me for my friends mazda rx8, which because they use what can only be described as tin foil in place of stainless steel heated the rear bumper up to the point where it melted the heat proof surrounds. he has now been waiting months for a refund or in fact any form of contact since he reported the problem and we removed the exhaust and put the old one back on. they have basically ignored him and failed to give him any response. so please guys and girls beware these guys will take your money and run and unless you can afford the court case don't buy from them. you have been warned. and just in case anyone on here runs jperformance unlikely but - give the bloke his money back you have the exhaust back we know this cause you signed for the parcel you donut !!!

Nice one mate, sorry to hear you;ve been "cowboyed" but can i suggest you take your fight to them ,with a little help from your local trading standards, also make use of your "free" one hour session with a local solicitor, and/or citizens advice bureau.

Exhausts do seem to be a sore point with a lot of drivers :(

Materials used and the way in which the exhausts are constructed/welded together do vary from company to company. Not good as you have no idea what you'll end up with.

i go to custom places now, and watch exactly what there doing, hover around like a bad smell, just so they cant take short cuts, and it interests the hell outa me

2nd one on my punto was a stainless exhaust with mild steel mounts, so they rusted through the exhausts

cheers for naming and shaming mate, i would prefer myself to get custom work done, will probably get a SS exhaust fabricated and hide it up behind the bumper.
